Crystal Palace have been in contact with Marseille winger Florian Thauvin ahead of a potential summer switch to England.
And, as to be expected, the transfer update has had a few Palace supporters talking on social media.
According to French outlet L’Equipe, cited by Inside Futbol, both the Eagles and Leicester City have been in touch with the 28-year-old.
Thauvin, who is on £91,000-a-week with Marseille, is out of contract in the summer. He’s scored eight goals and has registered seven assists in 29 Ligue 1 games this season, playing all across the front line.
The versatile forward is valued at a whopping £28.8m by Transfermarkt, so a free transfer to Selhurst Park this summer could prove a real coup by the club.
